Attorney Paul A. Costello, Jr,

Attorney Costello is a graduate of Boston College and Suffolk University Law School, and has been practicing law since 1980.  He has concentrated his practice in real estate matters, as well as estate planning and administration.

Mr. Costello represents buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions.  He also represents numerous banks, lending institutions and mortgage companies in both residential and commercial matters.  He is experienced in foreclosures, sub-divisions, and bankruptcy practice.

In estate matters, Mr. Costello advises those seeking the appropriate estate plan for themselves and their families, including the drafting of wills, health care proxies, powers of attorneys, and trusts, as well as issues relating to guardians and conservators.
